Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

3 cups of ice cold skim milk

½ eight-ounce bar of LIGHT cream cheese

3 cups of strawberries, washed and stemmed

4-6 ice cubes
-
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra
sweetness is desired

½ a small container of whipped topping
-
Strawberry syrup, if desired
How To Make:

Reserve 1 cup of the strawberries.

Blend
milk, cream cheese, remaining strawberries, sweetener and ice
until smooth and frothy.

Pour in rest of strawberries and blend slightly
so that your shake will have some chunky strawberries inside.

Pour mixture into chilled glasses. Divide up
the whipped topping evenly into the mixture and GENTLY stir to
incorporate. Drizzle on a bit of strawberry syrup if desired.
