Low Calorie Vegetarian Recipes

Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 large, ripe tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

How To Cook:

  1. In medium bowl combine all ingredients; toss well and maintain chunky consistency. Serves 12.

This salsa makes an excellent salad dressing. Make your fresh vegetable salad and toss with the salsa.

Makes 12  servings.

Tip: If you want to add a little pep to this recipe add one fresh jalapeno pepper.
