Two Fruit Trifle

Ingredients:

  • 24 g Weight Watchers raspberry jelly

  • 1 punnet strawberries

  • 2 bananas

  • 50 g pavlova nests*, crumbled

  • 1 cup low fat custard

How To Make:

  1. Prepare jelly as directed on the packet and place in refrigerator to set. When set, cut into cubes.
  2. Hull strawberries and chop bananas. In dessert glasses, layer fruit alternatively with jelly and crushed pavlova nests.
  3. Top with custard. Finish with fruit and crushed pavlova nests.

 *Pavlova nests are available in the bakery section of the supermarket.

 Makes 4  servings.
