Ingredients:

coriander, chopped

Cracked
pepper

2 tbs sesame
seeds, toasted

teriyaki sauce

1 tbs brown
sugar

Shallots to
garnish
How To Cook:

Combine rice, onion,
cucumber, red capsicum and celery. Stir through spinach leaves
and coriander.

In a jug, combine
sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce and brown sugar

Pour dressing over
salad and stir well. Top with shallots. Serve.
