Vegetarian Bruschetta
Ingredients:

1 Large Tomato (cut into small bite-size pieces)

2 small cloves of garlic (minced)

1 tbs Oregano
-
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)

2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How To Cook:

Prepare above ingredients, and mix with the
Olive Oil.

Toast a slice of organic Italian Bread, rub with
a clove of garlic, and put tomato mixture on the bread, letting
excess overflow onto serving dish.
