Low Calorie Vegetarian Recipes

Vegetarian Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Tomato (cut into small bite-size pieces)
  • 2 small cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbs Oregano
  • Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How To Cook:

  1. Prepare above ingredients, and mix with the Olive Oil.

  2. Toast a slice of organic Italian Bread, rub with a clove of garlic, and put tomato mixture on the bread, letting excess overflow onto serving dish.
